Science

In science, students are invited to engage their senses and hone their powers of observation through hands-on investigations, experiments, and simulations of the natural world. Curriculum units are selected from the disciplines of earth science, chemistry, physical science and life science, to allow students to interact with high-interest topics, build upon previously learned concepts, and develop inquiry skills. Students record their questions, predictions, observations and conclusions through the use of observational drawings, charts, experiment recording sheets and digital photography.
